This two-day course enables participants to explore the fundamentals and characteristics of the airport economy through case studies. Supplemented with the examples from different international airports, the course also examines the main differences among airport business models which use to cope with global aviation challenges. On completion of the course, participants will be able to analyse an airport's financial performances and apply strategies to manage resources in the airport business life cycle.
Eligible applicants may apply for refund of 80% of fees after completing this approved course, subject to a maximum of HKD30,000, under the Professional Training and Examination Refund Scheme (ProTERS) of Maritime and Aviation Training Fund (MATF).
